I’ve been using the Argo for a year now, multiple times daily, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The entire Arizer lineup is fantastic, and the Argo is no exception. Flavor: 10/10 Portability: 10/10 Vapor Consistency: 10/10 Recently, I encountered an error with the device, but customer service quickly replaced it without any hassle—10/10 for service as well! It’s also incredibly easy to clean, making it my go-to unit. Highly recommended!

Works great! The day I got it, I stopped smoking dried herbs. Its been 2 weeks or so and I still haven’t lit a fire. My sessions are set to 7 minutes, plus the time it takes to warm up. So if you are in a hurry, don’t be. Many reviews say the unit gets hot — It does get warm but if you hold it like a walkie talkie and don’t squeeze hold it, it’s not bothersome at all. I use it with the 14mm adaptor for additional water filtration. The batteries are good for 4-5 sessions at 197C (7min.) It’s best to have 2 batteries, so you can charge one while using one. To clean, I alcohol soak the glass tubes for a few hours, then rinse and dry them with a paper towel as needed. That’s all that I can think of. I hope this helps somebody.

Had problem with the delivery but Arizer quickly sent a new one. The device is smaller than I thought which is a good thing. Can control the temperature like I want. Good price and I like the glass.

Ok, I’ve been using Arizer vaporizers for quite sometime and I am very excited about these machine’s. In 2021 i bought myself an air max, it’s small and goes in your pocket more easily then a solo, it has been a loyal friend until it broke, error 8 it said, i cried a little but i was ok, the air max was not. This is the bad part of the story, the good part starts now. I contacted Arizer and told them my air max broke and there was no warranty anymore cause it’s to old for that and i didn’t have a receipt of it , i asked them what i could do to get it fixed. The next day i got an email and they asked me for the serial numbers and the charger. I took some pics from the Arizer as well from the box and charger and send it . Because i live in the Netherlands they told me to contact someone in Germany to find out if they could help me, and they did help me. The airmax was to broken to be repaired and a new air max was send to me, just like that.. So, air max broken, warranty gone, me a little sad, Arizer helps out even they didn’t have to, it’s like they want to,how nice is that. I can’t thank Arizer enough i think, still, thank you …

Hi I just purchased a new Air Max and it works very well after not working at first or charging I returned to the Utopia store here in Montreal and the excellent owner and I realized that the ERROR 2 message meant that i had not removed the protective plastic cover on the end of the Battery. It was an easy fix and involved simply removing the bottom and the battery slides out and then you remove the clear plastic disc from the bottom of the Battery and you are ready to go! My Solo 1 lasted many years and I am looking forward to many years of excellent service..Thank You Arizer for such a great product.. Enjoy!!

Well worth the money, very efficient and very tough vape. Would recommend to anyone considering buying a dry herb vaporizer. I am beyond impressed with this piece of technology!

Tried vaping concentrate, hated it. Then I heard about these dry herb vapes, researched and ordered this one. Just love how gentle it is! An easy way to not consume too much too fast (I really enjoy using it). Absolute top quality product, heats fast, easy to use, tubes fit great. Shipping was reasonably fast, product well-packed. Am tempted to order a backup even though it’s built like it will last for years (wouldn’t want to be without it ever again).

I bought my XQ2 almost a year ago now, and I use it any time I want to vape more than .25g of herb. The bag system is my favorite, because it cools the vapor and doesn’t require a strong pull. The glass is easy to clean, and gives the vapor a nice flavor. I had an issue with the fan, but the warranty took care of it and gave me some free accessories. Thank you for such good service, and a good device!

I have It since some days ago, It works great, well designed machine with a big temperature range and gives strong clouds at higher temps.

Love the quality of the vapor produced, and the glass-on-glass design preserves flavor well. Also, components in my original box had been unfortunately damaged in transit, but after a quick communication, the replacements were shipped to me hastily. Thanks Arizer!

I’ve had this for 7+ years, still works excellent. Honestly I’ve never even cleaned it except for the piece where you place the herbs and it shows very little use. I do only take it out on occasion but smooth, tasteful experience every time. Haven’t even need replacements I just came to the site to see if if they still make them cause it’s been soo long. Highly recommend

I’ve owned the Extreme Q for years, but I’ve been consuming herbs since 1968. I found that I could no longer smoke. Took a trip to Amsterdam almost 20 years ago and saw the Volcano. Bought one and used it. DID NOT like it at all. It was too harsh, required constant cleaning, and it had too many parts, way too many parts. I saw the Extreme Q and bought it. It was PERFECT. I wouldn’t use any other device. The ease of cleaning is great, the quietness of using is GREAT and the taste of the herb is great and the vapor is very smooth! I love it, I would recommend it to those of us who are older. No coughing, no sore throat, much less smell, and a very simple & clean experience. I highly recommend the Extreme Q.

I am a pioneer of having a V-Tower. I originally bought my machine more than 12 years ago and it is still going. With the exception of having to buy replacement parts, I’ve had no major issues with this machine. I highly recommend this machine for every herbalist!

Only had it a couple of days but I love it. Had a DaVinci but it broke and their customer service did not respond. Found this one on line and thought it might be right. Emailed customer service and said if you answer this I will buy one. The answered me next day so I ordered on and have had it for 2 days so far. Very well designed and easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. All the parts seem like great quality and the glass parts are nice and thick. Very nice and robust hose. The machine has an easy to use and see control panel. Also the machine itself has a bit of weight behind it so it is pretty stable on the table. I have it set at 186c and it gives lovely and cool tasty hits. Great quality, Great price. Great hits! BUY ONE

I have now used the V-Tower for over a year. It was a gift, and although I frowned upon vaping flower previously I really enjoy this!
